Congratulations to Jamie Kermond for a great win in the Grand Prix yesterday with the lovely Ajado, owned by Ross and Mel Smith who have made the trip over from New Zealand for the winter months.  Jamie was also 2nd on another of his grey stallions Caracas and 7th on Lamaz! 🙂

Grand Prix Results:

1st Jamie Kermond – Ajado
2nd Jamie Kermond – Caracas
3rd Samantha McIntosh – Estina
4th Sam Buchanan – Vixen
5th Vicki Roycroft – NP Casino Royale
6th Clem Smith – Cartoon De Breve
7th Jamie Kermond – Lamaz

The 1.20m Championship was won by Andrew Inglis and Black Marlin, Jesse Smith took out the Junior Championship with the only double clear round and Jake Hunter won the Young Rider Championship.

Volador stepped up on Saturday and jumped around the testing 1.30-1.35m main class to jump a lovely clear round and finish in 5th behind a very experienced field, thanks to Jamie Winning for playing fill-in coach in the warm up ring 😉

Barry and Coralline had another successful weekend coming home with three placings in the 80 and 90cm events.

Dom Stevens and CP Safari jumped a great round in the Young Rider Championship to cap off a great weekend.  We are now on our way to Tamworth for three more days of showjumping this weekend.

Thanks again to Jamie Kermond for doing such a wonderful job of piloting Lamaz around for me.
