“Mickey” became a bit of a pet after being orphaned as a foal. He refused to drink for about a month and a half, therefore requiring constant care. He went to his first World Cup Show at around 4 weeks of age and lived in 2 horse spaces on the truck for the weekend so we could feed him every 2 hours.

In 2009 due to study commitments we gave the ride on Mickey to Bronwyn Shortt & David Lever. He was a wonderful horse for Bron and she did a fantastic job of producing him. Mickey was successful with Bron in both the showjumping and dressage arenas and has since been sold on to an eventing home where he was a winner at his first outing!
